Building special machinery

Since 1998 we have been involved in the design of special and innovative machines and plants with a high technological content. We start from the customer's specific request and idea, evaluate the needs and carry out a careful preliminary feasibility study, which takes the form of a Technical/Commercial proposal. The executive phase is started after approval, in every aspect, by the customer. The design develops first in the part concerning the mechanics and pneumatics or fluid dynamics, then continues with the electrical and electronic section and finally the software management. The construction takes place with the same methodology, maintaining close cooperation with the customer during all phases. This allows you to refine and fine-tune every detail even with limited variations during construction.

Before entry into operation, it is checked and tested with the product, in the presence of the customer, to establish the conformity of the construction. Furthermore, reliability is tested with simulated work cycles and, at the end of the checks, a joint report is drawn up which constitutes the approval for production.

The machine is sold "turnkey" complete with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical parts, control and supervision software. The delivery of the technical documentation and the CE conformity certification are an integral part of the supply.

We are able to manufacture machines for different sectors, in particular for paper converting, paper mills, book bindings; piece processing machines; test benches for testing and inspection; welding equipment; machines for product handling, systems with portals and Cartesian axes.
