Our experience in this sector is supported by several years of presence and applications made for the best known brands in the food industry.

For confectionery products we have created automations and systems distributed throughout the production process.

Starting from the raw material preparation departments with:

  • Flour and sugar storage and mixing systems.

  • Storage facilities for liquids and semi-finished products.

Continuing in the production departments with:

  • Product preparation and dosing systems (solids / liquids).

  • Mixing plants.

  • Processing, decoration and filling lines.

Proving and cooking areas:

  • Leavening cells.

  • Tunnel ovens.

  • Cooling and packaging.

Production support processes:

  • Washing and sanitizing systems.

In the line of our products we create the BOX FREEZER WAREHOUSE; it is used to interact with the production lines, to freeze packaged products with a work cycle of over 10 tons/hour, at an average internal temperature in the freezer of around -35°°C.

Insights

Automation and supervision in all phases of the process. Starting from the arrival in tankers of the granulated and powdered products with the loading and storage in the silos using mill and auger systems. For liquids and semi-finished products: such as eggs, glucose, water, milk, cocoa preparations, fats, butter, emulsified products, with storage systems on tanks, quantity control by weighing or level and maintenance at storage temperature. Control of mixing processes in single machines or on multiple stations fed continuously. Dosage by augers and volumetric pumps, in scales and litre-counters, according to the set recipes. In the production lines, the various machines are diversified according to the nature of the product: dough preparation rolling mills, printers, or pouring or rotary machines, forced or natural leavening tunnels, cooking ovens, final finishing and packaging areas. To complete the production needs, the washing systems with CIP systems are automated. The management of the plants is entrusted to control systems with plc and supervision from local operator panels and PCs in the control room, in single structures or in distributed networks at the various control levels.

Insights

The automations developed for the seasoning of the products provide a contribution to the quality and excellence of the Italian brand in the sector. The control of the specially designed environments is essential for the effectiveness of the process. Through the controlled and ducted ventilation, homogeneous and distributed flows are obtained, the thermo-hygrometric parameters are continuously monitored. The control of the cooling and heating systems is guaranteed in the various phases by microprocessor instruments which process the data received from the probes distributed in the area.
