Suction control systems for galvanic treatments
We have created, in the galvanic treatment plants, automation of static and barrel automatic processes. We carry out electrical design, supply switchboards and electrical equipment on board the machine, and management software.
Insights
The system controls the movement of several carriages which carry out the movement of the product in the various treatment tanks. Work cycle management is programmed according to recipes and flow charts set on the operator interface.
Suction control systems for galvanic treatments
We have created automations dedicated to the control of suction systems, as they play a fundamental role in the galvanic treatment processes.
Insights
The management system consists of an approved safety logic which constantly monitors the functionality of the equipment and the presence of the product in the suction ducts. In the event of an anomaly, it intervenes with various warning levels until the system stops. The control is active 24/24 hours and notifies the operators even remotely, via the GSM network.
